July 22, 2019 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven's Welcome Week is August 16 and will mark the beginning of the semester for new freshmen and transfer students with a week of exciting events.
The2019 Welcome Week Scheduleprovides students and parents a comprehensive list of all that is happening on and off campus.
The Belhaven University App, downloadable through iTunes and Google Play, will give you an interactive Welcome Week experience, keeping you informed and up-to-date. Cookouts and live music, Blazers games, tailgating, campus connections, recreation day, roller skating, Miss. Braves game, luau, and orientation are just some of the many activities you can expect during this busy week.
Academic advising, faculty panels, and other informative sessions will prepare you for your upcoming semester of study. This week is also a good time for students to meet with professors and staff. You can turn in all necessary forms and paperwork while getting your mailbox key, ID card, and car decal.
