Join the exciting choral activities through the School of Music at Belhaven University.
We believe that ensemble singing is a vital component of any vocal training program. Students enrolled in private voice lessons are required to participate in one of Belhaven's two vocal ensembles:
- Belhaven Chorale (open to all students) or
- BU Worship Choir (open to all students)
Enrolled students with unavoidable schedule conflicts may petition the Chair of the Music Department for a potential exemption.
BU CHORALE (MUS-EB1)
The Chorale is the premiere choral arts ensemble at Belhaven University. Students will be introduced to collegiate choral repertoire, will gain experience singing in a choral setting, and learn skills to lead a secondary or collegiate choral ensemble.
