The Belhaven University Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program was developed to prepare you to be a servant leader valuing integrity and justice in all aspects of your lives. Each of our faculty members are dedicated to providing a nursing education that prepares you to deliver compassionate care to a hurting world in response to God’s grace.
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) (http://www.ccneaccreditation.org) which is recognized in all 50 states and US territories, therefore, Belhaven University has determined that the Bachelor of Science in Nursing does not need to perform a verification of location of the students and is not required to provide a direct notification to the students concerning licensure.
At the completion of the four semester, on-campus program of study, Belhaven Nursing graduates will have a broad education in nursing science, professionalism, and clinical practice - all taught from a Christian worldview perspective. Graduates are eligible to sit for the NCLEX-RN® examination to become a registered nurse.
