You’re a Blazer Now!
Congratulations on being admitted to Belhaven University! Now it’s time to officially join the Belhaven Family — get ready to experience the fun and fellowship of being a Blazer.
Being admitted is just the beginning. To make your place official and prepare for your first day on campus, there are a few important steps to complete.
Step 1: Take Care of Forms & Fees
- Free Application for Federal Student Aid
- Add Belhaven to the list of schools to receive your results. Our code is: 002397
- To view your financial activity or to make a payment on your account, log in to BlazeNet. Not sure how to log in to BlazeNet? E-mail blazenet@belhaven.edu.
- Log in to your Belhaven Admission portal.
- Once you are logged in, you will see your application.
- Click on “View” in the Action column. Then look for the Decision History section.
- From there you can download your Decision Letter as a PDF. We would also like you to click “Respond Now” and let us know your enrollment intent.
If you haven't already, confirm your enrollment by paying the deposit fee.
Why this matters: Paying your $100 enrollment deposit reserves your spot in our upcoming class and helps us start preparing for your arrival.
Fill out the Housing Application. This is the portal where you submit your housing application (if living on campus), select your room and communicate with possible roommates. This opens after April 1 each year.
Step 2: Log in to Your Email and BlazeNet
You’ll receive information about your new Belhaven email address shortly after your acceptance to Belhaven — be sure to check it regularly for important information!
After you’ve been admitted, you’ll also have access to the BlazeNet student portal. This is where you’ll find everything you need about your grades, schedule, financial aid, and more! BlazeNet is also the hub for department announcements, policies, and forms.
Step 3: Join ZeeMee
What is ZeeMee? ZeeMee is a social media app built to connect and support students throughout their college search journey. Join the Belhaven community on ZeeMee to connect with other incoming students. ZeeMee is a great place to begin making friends even before Orientation!
Getting Started is Easy!
- Download the App and Create Your Account.
- Personalize Your Profile with basic info and a photo.
- Join Belhaven's Community and explore various channels.
Step 4: Attend Orientation
June 12-13, 2025

If you’re transferring to Belhaven from another school, we have a special one-day orientation just for you! At this event, you meet one-on-one with your academic advisor, register for the fall semester, hear from key leaders at Belhaven, and more.

Step 6: Get Settled In
We just call it Welcome “Week” — it’s actually ten (10!) whole days of fun and fellowship! Take a look at some of the highlights; then mark your calendar for January 10, January 12th – January 16, 2026.
Step 7: Stay in Touch
The Belhaven web site, social media sites and your e-mail are all great ways to keep in touch with Belhaven throughout the summer!
Also, make sure to download the Belhaven mobile app! This app allows you to access all the features of BlazeNet on the go, making it easier than ever to access the tools you need when you need them. To download, go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search for "BlazeNet" and download the app.
